I purchased the Kymaro and exchanged it for a different size. I returned getting a tracking number just like they advise. The only number that is reachable is the 800 number to order the Kymaro. The 888 customer service number either rings with no recording or sends you in loops and represenattive never answers. Today is Nov. 2, 2009 I waited on hold for 52 minutes before I had to hang up. This is the 3rd time trying to reach this company. They are going to force me to call my bank and reverse the charges for a product that I did not receive. This is ver poor customer service.

I send products back to bodyshaper Kymaro, about 4 or 5 months ago. I've sent it by ups, I also sent e-mail to the company about my refund. This products is a rip off. I intend to contact bbb about this company and anyone else about my money. I've been robbed by these people. I would like a response to this complaint by company via e-mail [email protected]. You need to make it happen ASAP. You should be made to go out of business.

They play on your emotion get your money and disappear no contact.

I have been given the run around! because I have called and can not speaked

to a person about my complaint. I returned my order as the body shaper just

did not fit, and I know I ordered the right size! also, I was only given

thirt nine and 99 cent for my returne when I was charged Seventy nine and

change. That is a difference of Fourty dollars and change,

Why my complaint..Why didn't I receive the amount of money on my return that I had paid for.On the order I sent back I was shorted forty dollars!

Kymaru is using false advertising to lure customers in. The bottom is a pair of cut off tights, not same material as top. They purposely send you the wrong size and make you pay for it. They should be banned from advertising or sued for false advertising. They should be reported to consumer affairs. They refuse to take the measurments you give them and judge your whole body by you breast size. I was sent all large and xtra large sizes when I am a small to medium. I was told I would have to pay another 9.95 for their mistake. I sent it back and now I am out of 60.00 and receive nothing. Kymaru is the only one getting paid.

Ordered $59.60 of body shaper and found it DID'T fit, not even close. Wanted to have it for my son's wedding. According to their sizing chart it should of fit, BUT NO! Then when I tried to exchange it for the right size, I only had the option of getting a refund. If you want to call it a refund... I call it about HALF refund. I got $39.95 back.
