Ladies BEWARE!!!
I received my Kymaro and spent $86.70. The material is NOT gentle on the skin and does not support my belly like the infomercial is shown. I am not fat, 5'5" 128 lbs but I do have some waves on my belly. When I wore it, it made the waves even worse! I tried calling to return and NO customer service just a voice service. They should mention when ordering that they only refund part of it which is $39.95. I purchased two sets, nude and black with bottoms. DON'T buy this product. You will be disappointed and you will not get full refund. I usually do my research when I buy a product. Stupid of me that I didn't do this first in the internet. If I found this site before buying it I would have saved my dollars. Now, who can I get a hold of to return this product with a full refund? Ladies BEWARE!!!

kymaro body shaper
This product was full of false advertisement. I was told that I would need a size 4 do to my weigh and high. Never once did they ask about my torso as to weather I was short wasted or not. Cheep material needed 2 men to help pull the bottom on not to mention the top does not stay in place. The top rolls up and is very uncomfortable. I put a hole in the bottom trying to pull it up it also rolls down. I have not used the other set I received because I am so disappointed with this cheep imitation of a body shaper. This was a real rip off. I will not stop until I contact someone to help rectify this situation.

False advertising
After seeing the infomercial several times, I decided to call and order this product. The commercial offers the first set for $39.95 and then later in the ad they throw in a black set free. When you finally call to order this product, there is nothing free. By the time you add in your freebies it costs about $70.00 plus shipping and handling. They should not say it is free unless it is truly free. I could understand if your shipping increased a little due to adding the extra product but not $10.00 per piece. I think this company is guilty of false advertising and they should have to change their advertisement or actually give you the things they say are free, not charge you for them.

Overcharged and got junk
To the person who responded abut enough already about the shipping scam... Enough my ***... Bj Global charges customers $6.95 for rush delivery and the customer thinks she or he is getting it faster. Not true... One of their employees with a spanish accent, told me they send it out Priority anyways and will receive it in about 3 days. so, you are charged 9.95 plus 6.95 for shipping. How about that? Now say enough already. Do not take up for this small shady company. I spoke with a manager there and she stated that they send priority. I think her name was Brandi. I heard it from the horses mouth. No pun intended... I am 56 years old and have a pouch and wanted to look good. The body shaper did not work...

The black set dyes your hands black putting it on and also dyes your fingernail polish permanently, imagine what it would do to your clothes.

Awful everything
I ordered only the top to see if I liked it. Well when I received the top and opened the box the odor was awful. Once I pulled the top out (nude in color) it was plagued with black mole all over it.
I called the company only to be sent in circles with the use of their phone prompts. This is awful. A consumer should be able to reach a live voice during operating hours, not recordings. Therefore, I have decided that this is not the company I want to do business with. I have a right to all of my funds to include shipping based upon the receipt of a damaged product.

Rip off
I guess I am one of the dumb customers that fell for the very cheesy Kymara Body Shaper product. I received it today and was shocked at the quality as well as the size that they sent me. I purposely ordered one size bigger from their size chart and still it was about 2 sizes too small. The fabric did not stretch like other body shapers/girdles do. I am returning all of the garments even the free black set. I am out about $40 which was the shipping and handling and the extra $9.95 charge for the second set. I wish I had done a little homework on this before buying. I am telling everyone that reads this: Do Not Buy The Kymara Body Shaper.

Fraud and scam
This is a rip off. Totally a scam. No not order this product. It does not fit at all. You will not get all your money back. All you will get is 39.99 back and not the 80.00 you paid. Do Not Order. Please contact your lawyer if you have been scammed by this company. My mother and sister ordered this product as well and they were very unsatisfied. The New Body Shaper does not fit. They make it look good on TV. This advertisement should be removed off of TV. Please do not order this product. FRAUD.

Fraud and cheating
I received my Kymaro body shaper and I was concerned because I am at the cusp of a size 3 and 4. I am 5'6 and 180lbs. I opted to go with a 4. I love it. It is a bit roomy and I think I am going to order a second one in a size 3 to get more inch reduction. I am very happy with the way my t-shirt looked from the back. It is very comfortable. I bought mine on Ebay because the company says get a second set free. Shipping and processing and extra 40 bucks?? PLEASE! It is a bit long, but it did not roll up at all. I may buy some bottoms too, but I am not a fan of panty hose butt in pants.

Beware-Return policy & FEES
RIPPED OFF-I ordered the KYMARO- what a joke.
First of all your commercial says FREE-it's not free.
The charge is the shipping fees.
My total 79.95. If you decide you want just black can't do it.
I ordered two well if you return the ugly nude color.
You can't exchange your FREE. I just got screwed.
Second time I'm am returning this item.
