Over charging for CA state tax
I can't find an official web site but I called both of these numbers to get them to correct the taxes they charge on their merchandise. CA current tax rate is 7.75% and their computer is automatically charging CA residents 8.2%. I've called the 800 number where you can order the product and their customer service number. Sales said I have to call customer service. I called them once and was told there is nothing they can do and their computer is right. When you call customer service all you get is a voice message to leave your name and number for them to call you back. I called them again and so far no one has called me back to get the sales tax corrected. Customer Service number is: 8885962761

Rip off
This product does not shape your body like in the infomercial. If you weight 160lbs Plus your love handles or roll are very very visible, and the its a total rip off on the price. There is nothing free, and there is no complete refund because you only get 39.95 dollars back minus the shipping and handling to return the product... That’s sad because overweight people like me really wish for something descent and honest business... this is a total rip off, don't give them your money. Even to return the product you have spend more once again.

They totally ripped me off through false advertising
What Kymaro sent was definitely not what was advertised on TV infomercial. The body shaper was not what it professed to be. It was cut straight up and down, no waistline definition. The other pieces that were shoved on were not made of the same fabrication. The body shaper in black was used and stretched out of shape and was made with a much thinner material. They made it so that the additional pieces which was charged 9.95 each was billed as shipping and handling charges. I spent a total of 86.70 and got a refund of 39.95.

Most dishonest company
Kymaro's products were just junk. Do not purchase any of their products. Their return policy is the worst imaginable. They rigged it so we cannot get our refund back from all the extras they sell you then say it is for shipping and handling. They charged me 39.80 for shipping and handling that they will not credit back. This is the worst company I ever had the misfortune to deal with. The stuff they sent was trash, totally useless stuff that was meant for the trash. They definitely should not get away with this sort of highway robbery.

Total fraud
I ordered the body shaper neutral top and bottom and the alleged "free" black top and bottom. Not only was I charged for the "free" black top and bottom. I was also charged for the neutral bottom. When I returned all of the products, they gave me credit for the neutral top and said they "disgarded" the other products. I find that hard to believe when I returned all of them unopened and new. They told me they would return them to me, but I would have to pay for the shipping. I am going to report them to the attorney general in California and I think their practice is a violation of the law. What a rip off this company is and I will never buy anything from them again!

Provided incredibly poor service
This product was a total disappointment. For something that seems to be intended as lingerie it's as useful as a soft ***. Seriously, I spent more time trying to get a set that fit me and looked nice than I will have done by giving labour to my first child, unless I'm drastically unlucky. On top of that I spent loads more money than necessary for something that is essentially cardboard with fabric around it. I was disgustingly appalled when I discovered that after all the unnecessary work I had to go through just to get the dang clothes I couldn't move around in nearly the fashion that I needed to in order to use them as intended. It was a complete waste of time, effort, and money to go through all the bull that they set up just to get something that's a day late and a dollar short.

Bad product
I ordered the Kymaro body shaper the rep determined the size 4 was needed. I received the nude set along with the black set for the total of around $88.00. I was unable to get the tops past my hips and the bottoms on at all. I paid $8.85 to send for the items to be exchanged to a size 6 which is extremely too large. I understand that if I want to exchange items to get a size 5 I will be charged $9.95 S&H each item also the postage fee I will have to pay to return the package. This is very unfair to the consumer. I have tried continuously to talk to a customer Service Rep. Good luck trying I had none. I would like to receive the proper size without the excessive shipping fees.

Do not buy
I wish I would have found this site last week, it would have saved me time and money. My only hope now is to prevent this from happening to other women. Here is the review I posted on the website where I bought this shaper from (All reviews on that website have to be approved so I doubt mine will be approved.)
I ordered the Body shaper top a few days ago and it arrived today. I am happy with how speedy the shipment was, but that is the only good thing about this product... It seems to be made out of very cheap material. It's difficult to put on and once it's on it does not shape your body at all. My "Body Shaper" is back in its box and I will be shipping it back tomorrow. Please save your time and money... DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!
I also have to add that I did not appreciate the comment made by bad saying not to expect miracles and those women should close their mouths and exercise. Even women who eat healthy and exercise may be over weight... And we don't expect a miracle we expect the what we were promised... The women they had on TV trying on this product were over weight and they lost inches, went down on their clothes size, and looked slimmer... I was told by that commercial that if I used that product I would look slimmer and that is what I expected and they did not deliver.
This product comes in 6 different sizes and if it works well in the smaller sizes (which I doubt based on other reviews) It should work just as well in the larger sizes... No matter what this product is made out of very cheap material and it does not work at all.

Rip off
This is a cam, they don't let you return or change for diff size. They ask your size and they decide what to send you. If it doesn't fit toooo bad.
They charge you the same amount for shipping as you are paying for the top 39.95. They tell you the black top and bottom is you’re to keep even if you return the other one. You actually pay for it twice plus another shipping and handling on top of there shipping and handling charge. Do not buy this product rip off... I charged on my amer express and I’m going to see if they can stop it.

Total scam
This product is a total scam. They talk you into paying postage on your "free 3 piece body shaper" to keep if you don't like the first one and want to return it. Gee...I was jet lagged...no wonder I was sucked in/ If a consumer thinks the product is bad enough to return, why bother with paying around 50$ more free gifts. You can't even get the thing over your knees. Maybe that's how you n lose the weight. It’s an exercise in itself. When you finally get it up, no way is it tight enough to pull in inches in order to zip up your dream dress. No wonder all those poor people in the infomercial pull it on behind a fitting room curtain. The twig that tries it on exposed, doesn't need one. I am filing a complaint against company and call my credit card to remove charge.
