I ordered 2 pair of Kymaro jeans, I was told they had a 33" inseam and one pair had a 31" inseam, the other a 32". The seams crawl so one legs seam moves to the center of my thigh, they have a chemical odor before washing and after washing the dye will stain if it gets wets. I would have sent them back but their policy is "No refunds for shipping for any reason". They are comfortable but NOT what I expected, too many negatives.

First of all I ordered the jeans, cami and free body shaper bottoms and it took 3 weeks to arrive. THEN all the sizes were wrong! I had ordered 2 pair in size 11/12 petite and I got one pair of 15/16 and another 17/18. I ordered the cami in a size 3 and got a 5! I don't know who in the world is packing this stuff but they should be fired! The only thing that came in the right size was the bottoms. I e-mailed the company, which they were very helpful there and said they would reship my order, which they did and it took nearly another 2 weeks to arrive. They are now correct. I have to pay to have the other order sent back. They will be waiting awhile!!!

The people taking orders for the "AS SEEN ON TV" KYMARO BODY SHAPERS do not know what they are doing. After answering all of thier questions, in order to get the size that best fits me. They sent out $79.95 worth of thier NEW BOTTOM AND TOP SHAPERS. the items were so tight that they cut into my skin. After speaking with Customer Service @ 1-888-596-2761 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-888-596-2761 end_of_the_skype_highlighting in case you have found, like me, very difficult to get an actual phone #. and then 30 minutes waiting on the phone to speak with someone. I have found out that my refund will only be 39.95 & will only be able to return one piece out of four that i can't use. In case you are thinking of purchasing this product. I am not the only one who has purchased the product and ended up stuck with something that doesn't fit but $40.00 dollars to the bad. so my friend I do not reccomend this product to anyone.

Be are of this company they sais the cost of two body suits was 69.00 and charged me 78.00, I received the wrong size twice and had to send it back, they said shipping charge was 9, 99 for each piece and told me when i called them i could have kept the 3 pices they were free, but i ask them what did i kneed with them they did not fit they only credited my account with 29.00 dollars i have nothin to show for the other 70.00 i have invested in it. i ask them coulnt they refund my money on my card except the 10.00 and she hung up on me.I am on social security I have never had this to happen to me, and cant afford it. I just needed something to help my posture and my size, if they would help me get this resolved id appreciate, i tret everyone fair and also appreciate it when some one does the same.

That is the most outrageous freight charge I have ever heard of. Yes the jeans are great! HOWEVER their freight charges are ridiculous. With internet companies offering "free shipping" everywhere, where does Kymaro get off charging 12.95 per item???
