I can't get in touch with any one to see whats going on
January while at work I saw the Kymaro comercial on tv so I decided to call, the first thing I asked if the shipping and handling was included and the girl told me yes so I decided to order after giving my order she started pricing all this other stuff which I told her that I wasn't interested but she just kept talking and ignoring me so I told her that I wanted to just cancel my order but she just hung up on me without saying anything, The next day I checked my checking account only to find out that she took out for the order then went back in and took out again for the shipping and handling and I have'nt recieved anything. I just want my money back in my account. I cann't get in touch with any one to see whats going on. I thought that she was very rude.

The product was totally unacceptable
My wife saw an infomercial about a "New Body Shaper" for sale at $39.95 - buy one get one free for additional shipping and handling. S&H: $9.95 each. So the price should have been $59.85, at most. When products arrived, the bill was $69.95 and had several "P&H" charges added on. I called the Customer Services and was told that these were "Processing and Handling" charges. Everything we recieved was prpack a long time ago, and there should have been not such chages.
On top of that, the product was totally unacceptable. When I indicated that we were sending the product back and expected to be refunded, as they advertised, I was told that they could only refund $29.95, because these were considered undergarments and could not be returned.

They don't let you talk to anyone and you're left on hold until the recording come on
This product was nothing like the TV ad the top had no spandx.The sizes were off. No full figure women could wear that body shaper top. The bottom of the shaper was to thin to make you look less in weight.This company has a offer service.They don't let you talk to anyone and you're left on hold until the recording come on. I would like a full refund from this company.I did't wear the garments just open them and I knew I could'nt wear the top.

I can't believe I paid $12.95 shipping only to have to return the jeans at my cost of $8.80. I would expect to get the $8.80 refunded because it was an error on the seller's part that I got jeans that are 33" long. I ordered a 29". The company was slow to get the jeans to me in the first place. I've learned a lesson here and I won't deal with this company any more.

I purchased 2 pair of the jeans and they did not fit so they were returned for an exchange. After waiting another 3 weeks I finally got the jeans...Worst purchase of my life...The cost for the stupid jeans by the time they added on the processing and shipping fee was over $100, that does n't even include the fee of $33.45 I paid to return them and be able to prove they received the jeans. Now I have washed and wore them one time and the seam of one of the legs has already came out. The jeans are not even tight so it is not because the size is wrong. These jeans are the biggest rip off. Anyone would be a fool to order these jeans or anything else from this crappy company/maker!!!

I want the rest of my money back!!! I returned your merchandise that was charged to my visa for 75.56..I was only credited for 32.57!!! What is up with that?? I understand there are some shipping charges but not that much!!!

Never received right size
I have been calling 1-888-596-2761 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-888-596-2761 end_of_the_skype_highlighting trying to get help with my product. When I recieved it, it didn't fit well. I called and the lady said I should have had a small. I asked if I would be able to recieve this before the 13th of Nov. since I wanted for a wedding. she said I would have it by the 5th. I have already returned the large one. At this time I am out 66.80 and I have been on the phone Mon. and Tues. for over 2hrs. and they will not answer the phone. My first day they answered right away. I think your company reconizes the number and don't answer. I don't want to do business with your company, and I do want my money back.I have turned this over to the bbb and the att. general who is looking in to this for me. Also your mess. says leave a messw. and we will get back to you in24 hrs. that has been 2 weeks ago.

The company has still made $25 for nothing
I guess if you tack on extra shipping fees and call them "PROCESSING FEES" then you believe that people will understand? How very wrong you are! Are there not people out there in TV land protecting the consumer from obvious rip-offs like this one? Sure they will accept the "jeans" back if you are not happy, however if you notice at the end of the poorly done infomercial you will see that they will NOT return the shipping and processing fee. That means even if you send them back, the company has STILL made $25 for nothing which is probably less than the cost of the jeans to them.

Maybe these items are coming from China or a foreign country. BUY AMERICAN. You can't get screwed that way.
