never received order
i placed an order for the kymaro body shaper/slimmer and have not rec'd order they have been paid by my bank and still no product and i paid extra for faster delivery.

Please take my advice, do not ever buy anything from Kymaro body shapers or jeans. There is never anyone to talk to!!! They will
talk you into a lot of merchandise that will cost you a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ with no refund, what a joke. Do not take the extra money
out for fast shipping, it does not exist. I learned a costly mistake, I really thought that I had learned my lesson years ago about
shopping with those Info commercials. DO NOT - DO YOU UNDERSTAND- DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM KYMARO.
They take your money and run - dip sh-- company cost me $50.00 for nothing. The products are a real joke. The jeans make your
butt look like a jacked up two by four, and the shapers would not fit a barbie doll. THE WORST COMPANY TO EVER ORDER FROM-DO NOT - DO NOT- DO NOT!!! IT SHOULD NOT COST YOU MONEY THAT IS HARD TO WORK FOR ANYWAY AND GIVE IT AWAY TO

terrible service
I recently ordered your body shaper and pd the extra 6.95 for quick del. i have not heard or recd any kind of info perrtaining to this order.i have called customer servis. Several times but never spoke to any one all i got were recordings and no person. after waiting for 25 min. the phone began to ring again about 35 times and now no one answered your message states customer satisfaction if your prime interest if this if the way you treat customer i really don't think much of Kymaro. i have left my name and phone number with your order dept. but no one as bothered to call me back. a simple courtesy call would have been nice i was supposed to get a confirmation on my email but no . if this is the way kymaro runs their business it's amazing they are in business. if i do not hear from someone in the next 24 hours i will write to the better business bureau.

Total crap
I recently purchased the Kymaro Body Shaper. After wearing it once, I noticed that it doesn't stay down. It creeps up which is no help to the person wearing this garment. I would like to return this item and want to know how it can be done.

Scam
I ordered from this company by internet and was led to believe I could not order the nude/black top w/out ordering the bottoms. They would be FREE w/ only $9.95 s/h each. I returned everything in same box, and it cost only$8.09 s/h. I only opened the nude top, and it was not nice material and was VERY uncomfortable. I am trying to get my refund by letting my bank handle this. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
This company is a total SCAM!!!

I paid $ 172.50 for 2 pairs of the slimming jeans, I nude body shaper, top & bottom, 1 black body shaper top & bottom. I was very dis satisfied with the merchandise and sent it back. I was only refunded $99.85
They will not answer the phone at their customer service and when they do call you back they hang up without saying a word. I have turned them over to my American Express for a full investigation of the money they will not refund.
They are deceptive, the merchandise is inferior and they should be put out of business. I will get the credit back or take them to court.

Rip-off
Purchased product (one bra and 3 "free") for $69.75. Product wrong size and too scratchy. I returned all items in mint condtion and only received $29.95 back. Company should be put out of business for all the scamming, as well as bad service, and horrible product!!! They do not inform you that if you return the item for a refund that you will be charged half of your price for shipping and fees! This is criminal to not inform you of all conditions!!!

like oh my gosh sure at first i was mad i ordered one size got antoehr luckily it fit mom she lvoes it ... the thing here is whatever your size it order it two sizes bigger so oyu cna actually breath e in it, ... so go try it out..
