Shipping and handling $ 16.90 + $6.95 rush. The package weighed only 2-3/4 lbs. There was to be a free return shipping label. NOT THERE. I was never told the only item that could be sent back was the top for $39.95 I did NOT get a rush it was 10 days before I received the order. What am I going to do with one nude bottom and a top in black that is awful and a bottom in black to match.
IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. The product was not as successful at hiding a slight tummy bulge. ( size 2) . I tried it one within 10 minutes I had soreness under my arms and ripples on my back --- which I had not one slight bulge. MY back is as flat as a board. This would have made my dress look cheap I called the company. They had me by my nails. The only item that was returnable was the top and that was $39.95.
I could return the ONE TOP for a credit of $39.95. I had to pay the postage for return. A suggestion of theirs was to put it in a Yellow padded envelope and insure the package for a return. $39.95+$ 9.95.
The manager called 2 days later after hearing my complaint. I felt so angered at myself for being taken. Never had I been taken. By any company. I decided to write to you to tell my story. This company loves and prides them selves in RECORDING PHONE CALLS., they know exactly how to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS. and cover all their tracks.My total is $86.70. For junk MATERIAL that will not even flatten a butterball. Buyer beware. don't fall for this trap. DO a few extra sit-ups. it cost nothing. You will still have your pride and 86.70 dollars less on your charge account. I AM SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE!!!

This company has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I ordered off their web site and received my product, but found out it was the wrong size. I packaged up the entire lot, "free" gifts and al, l and sent it back for an exchange. After waiting for almost 3 weeks I finally got my exchange, only to find the shorted me on everything! I returned 2 sets of tops and bottoms and all they sent me back in exchange was 1 top. It took me 3 full days and 3 nasty emails to finally get someone to call me back. When you call their customer service 1-800 number you get put on hold for about 15 mins, then it asks you to leave and message and some one will contact you shortly. I tried this for 3 days, every time the same thing happened. I left 3 messages, never received a call back. So I fired off an angry email demanding someone tell me where the rest of my items are. I got a response fairly quickly asking for my phone number and someone would contact me shortly. That never happened. So the next morning I fired off another email demanding a call back. About an hour and a half later I did get the call. They told me that I had only shipped the one item back and that's why I didn't receive the rest of my order. I told them that I sent all 4 pieces back, in the box they sent it to me in, and that I wanted my items. She put me on hold to talk to a manager. She came back and said they would ship my items free of charge to me and apologized. We will see what happens. I can not believe a company like this would be SO hard to get a hold of, and it makes me think that they are trying to scam people on purpose. the last time I had this much trouble contacting a customer service representative it was because the place WAS scamming people. On top of the poor customer service, the product is hard to get the right fit with as well as the postage is a huge rip off. To send my 4 items back I paid less than the shipping and handling they were charging for 1 item! This place just seems sketchy to me. If the next set doesn't fit I am just returning it for a refund and never dealing with them again!

This product does not work . The free productsa that you are supposed to receive are not free, you end up paying for these products with the outrageously high shipping fees and state taxes that are too high. You can only get back a partial refund when you send it back within 30 days . The advertisement is false because of the product not working and not being able to get back the entire refund!

This whole mess is a rip off! The product is not what it's claimed to be, the fit is impossible to achieve. The shipping and handling is outrageous!! The free items are not free at all. No matter what you do, you can't recoup your $79.75 cost. This should be illegal and this company should be accountable for their robbery.

I bought the body shaper for 39.95 by the time the added on the free extras (haha) my bill claimed to 79.75. I received the garments in boxes that looked nice not worn. When I opened the box with the top nude shaper, I was surprised to find the smell of cat urine. It was in a sealed plastic bag, at this point I wished to return all products and not touch them. I called UbuyEZ and they informed me that the free gifts which I really paid for could not be returned and they would only credit me 39.95. I would also have to pay to ship the garment back. I think I will just throw it away. Please do not buy the body shaper by kymaro its not a good thing!!!
