We purchased a top of the line L G Refrigerator the last week in May 2009. It did not work from day #1. After 8 phone calls they finally agreed to send a repairman, who said it was unrepairable. Now they did not agree with him, and only wanted to argue with me that it could be fixed. After 8 more phone call they agreed to replace it.
THE END ?not so fast. When the retailer called to let us know it was being replaced but out of stock. 2 months no refrig. the good news is that a new refrig. is being delivered tomorrow July2 2009(whirlpool)
Do not expect to be able to get anything with L G customer service except the run around, the verry worst I have encountered. If it says L G (=let it go LG)
