Eyeshadow

Purchased the one sweep eyeshadow and was not at all satisfied with this product does not do what it claims to do had to use my own brushes to fix. I purchased it at Shoppers Drug Mart went for a refund and they said I had to contact the company. Would appreciate hearing from you would like to get some kind of refund for this. packaging

this is the third time this year that i have purchased a blonde hair colour and it has turned out to be RED

i am 60 yrs old and gray haired, so the blondes should and have in the past covered beautifully i have used your product for the last 10 years, why now

perhaps if you packaged it so that it can't be tampered with

being red is not my style and i can not change it for 3 weeks because i have very find hair

pls try and improve
