I am Dr Jigar Chauhan, I visited united states in may, 2010, from India. On arrival to may on 4th may, i made a phone call to a friend hardly for a minute or two; and notice on the phonebooth was stating that it would charg $ 1 per minute. and now in my credit card statement I have been charged around $ 9 for the phone.
