I had purchased a lace front wig originally from an ebay seller/storefront named Lace Wig Designs for $225.00. The seller posted on her page that the custom made wig would take approx. 4-5 weeks to receive. Just before week 5 I emailed the seller regarding the wig's progress, and shipping date. She replied that the manufacture was backed up and it was about 10 days out. On the 11th day after that (THE 46TH DAY SINCE THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE) I went to send another email, and saw that the seller was NO LONGER AN EBAY MEMBER! Because it was one day past the ebay purchase guarantee date, ebay refused to do anything. They sent me to paypal. When I made a complaint about this seller to paypal, the only thing they would do is to forward my complaint to the seller's email address, which btw, was bounced back to me as the email was not valid.
I did an online search and found this same seller with the same company name with her own website selling the same wigs, but for more money. http://www.lacewigdesign.com/
After emailing the new website through their contact page I finally got a response from this person. She gave me more excuses but finally after 8+ weeks I received the wig.
It is the worse piece of trash I have ever seen. The hair is Human, Indian Remy hair, but the hair is machine sewn on and there is hardly any hair, (even though she claimed in writing that the wigs are 130% density. I would say it is more like 60% density. The lace front is done badly. It is only two inches wide on top so when you try to wear it you see is the sewing line of the first weft just past the front of the hairline...it should have had lace all the way back to the crown. The cap is supposed to be medium size, but it is huge and bumpy (normally a medium is a tight fit on me). I had to take it to a professional wig maker and it is going to cost another $250.00 to "fix" it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE RIP OFFS!!!
