I initially purchased a custom order lace wig from Lace-unitillusions from Ebay and paid via Paypal on 09/19/08. The wig was delivered on 12/8/08, but it was the wrong one. I immediately notified Lace Unit Illusions of the problem and was told by Gloria to return it and she would get a new wig made and expedited to me. I shipped the wig back with signature confirmation and waited several weeks before inquiring many times via email as to the status of the new piece.

Eventually I received information from Susan that the wig has been finished for some time and she was not sure why it had not been shipped. She assured me it would be shipped on 3/03/09 and asked to verify my address for shipment. I did not receive the wig and emailed her a few times once again asking where it was and to provide proof of shipping. I finally received a response giving me the tracking number 3/05/09 to Jamaica, NY. That is not the correct address that I had given Susan. She has acknowledged this error and promised a refund that I have yet to receive. I have all emails backing these claims.
