COMPLAINT A,
LADBROKES PLC, refused to honour a bet i made in March, because i lost the duplicate to claim, i waited a week to hear and was told the WIN would not be paid, it was only £35:00, £5 Win @ 5/1
COMPLAINT B,
Today i had custody of my child, baring in mind the location of this branch is in a council estate, shopping mall, where undesirables gather ie. crackheads, smackheads, drunks, dealers & beggars.
with that in mind & the dangers to kids in this day & age, i refused to leave my child outside alone, i had words with the staff, the staff refused to allow me to bet, and a geezer offered to wait outside with my 6 year old boy, he did so, and they still refused to accept my bet, i flew into a rage, the toilet in this branch is used by junkies to smoke crack cocaine & heroin yet they wont allow a well behaved youngster to stand quietly with his father for 2mins, while he takes care of business. Tell me how that works?
