My wife made the mistake of signing a two year contract. Basically, that means, they steal your money each month, even though you don't go. After the two years were up, to cancel they insisted she send them a letter and her cards. My wife quickly took care of this and we thought it was a done deal.. Not so fast. Months have gone by, this week we rcvd a letter in the mail from LOA saying they were unable to process her monthly fee cause and they needed updated info. "Luckily, " we had to cancel her cards cause he purse was stolen, so LOA was unable to steal more money from us. My wife called them inquiring about the letter, they CLAIM SHE NEVER CANCELLED and asked her to PROVE SHE SENT THE LETTER!!! I check our account, and sure enough, they've been deducting the money from our account EVEN THOUGH SHE CANCELLED!!! We're in the middle of fighting with them now.
