Scam

I placed an order Oct. 5, 2009. I still do not have it. I tracked it with the postal service and it shows it was returned to sender due to shipping label unreadable. I have emailed lagogo at least 25 times, they say they will reship for $80, they will not refund. That was x-mas gifts, i do not want it now. They say they do not have it, no refund, but wll reship for $80. I referred them to 2 other people and they are having the same problem. My orders is about $300.00

lagogo scam

I made an order from a Chinese website, lagogo.com recently, and although they have my money, which was collected via Western Union, they have not contacted me since. I have sent several emails to them and tried to contact them on AIM and Skype, as they can apparently be reached on both in accordance with what their website says, but I've had no luck. I don't know where to go with this... it's difficult because it's a company in China! If anyone has advice or contacts, I would be appreciative.
