I recently went to LaJolie hair saloon in Princeton. i walked in with platinum blond natural hair, half human hair extensions and ash blond roots. I asked the stylist to match my roots to the rest of
my hair and basically even out my color. Her response "Oh this is easy" I thought i was in good hands but felt some what un easy with her response.

I explained to the colorist what iI would like and the color I expect to be blond. The hair colorist proceeded to apply a color through out my whole entire head knowing
that i have platinum blonde hair with roots and extensions on top of it. After about 5 min. I asked
the colorist what color she put in my hair .

Her response "a little bit of this, a little bit of that " at that point I knew I was in trouble! I looked at my
hair and it was just dark So I asked to wash my hair. The results were terrifing my hair was medium ash blonde with green areas because of my platinum blond hair. I couldn't believe what she did . basically colored my whole entire head with a dark color. After i saw the color and i guess the reaction on my face she proceeded to tell me that this is what i wanted.

over and over again . I couldn't take her telling me that this is what I asked for so I went to talk to
the manager she told me the same thing. thank god I had my driver license on me I showed it to them
finally their response "OH that is totally different".

All i wanted was for the colorist to appologize to me and admit she made a mistake, I would have respected her honesty. but NO she still wouldn't admit to her carelessness basically . The out come i was charged $300 for the application on med ash blond color wich I refused to pay. after I left I went Online to find A color specialist in nj. thank god there was 1 about 1hr. away which was willing to come in to the saloon at 8 o'clock pm in order to remove this dark color from my hair and even out the extension with the rest of the hair .since it grabs the color differently from my natural hair . what a job $ 400. She did the best she could without frying my hair .

The next day LaJolie calls me threating me with I don't even remember but i just went there and showed them my $400 receipt from the color specialist they just told me to leave. but if anyone would like to know the person behind this great disaster well she about 5'7" and has short black or brown hair looks like a buch no personality her station is down stairs . Please don't alow her to color your hair.
