My family and I went to Tahoe for my birthday weekend. Prior to leaving we rented a Cabin from Lundberg &Associates. We rented his 4117 azure property. When we arrived we thought we had the wrong address because the place looked like a shack. There were also people in the hot tub in the back of the unit when we arrived. This unit looked nothing like what he has posted on his site. We went into the property and could not believe our site. This place looked tapped together. My husband and brother could not even stand in most of the unit. There were spots of the unit that looked illegally built. It was very cold in the unit. All of this we dealt with after all it was supposed to be a cabin. The last straw was when we discovered that the toilet was not working and there was no hot water. We called Glenn who called his maintenance guy Dave over. Dave seemed to fix the toilet but said that he was not the regular repair guy and cold not fix the hot water. He said that the regular repair guy Dan would be over in the AM. We were at the unit until 2pm that day and no one showed up. I called glen 2 times and emailed him twice. He never got back to me. We never had hot water the whole time we were there. When I finally spoke to Glenn on Sunday he said he would refund me one night stay. Then on Monday he came back with a different story. HE said that because we did not call the repair guy back that he would not refund us. Then he tried to find all these reasons to keep my $200 deposit. After fighting with him for 2 days about this he refunded the deposit. This was the worst experience I have ever had. He should not be in business.

I went to the BBB and he has several unresolved complaints against him. After 3 attempts to get him to refund me $200 of my stay. He chose to have another unresolved case on his BBB report. He would not pay me.
