My elderly uncle has a cell phone on my plan. He does not own the phone nor the plan, he is not authorised to incur these charges to my bill. He does not use any texting or other data on this phone. He does not have internet access with this phone, nor does he have internet access in his home or use it anywhere. Our latest phone bill reflected a $9.99 monthly charge from the above named company. He has not responded to any texts he has received. He does not read them, he simply deletes them. There is no way he could have, never mind that he says he did not, subscribe or use this service. Additionally his phone line has also been charged $9.99 a month by TextPlansite.com and Too Lazy LLC. I assume these companies are all related in one way or another. At no time did he or anyone act in any of the ways these companies claim that you become a subscriber. I have lodged complaints with our cell phone provider, the FCC and the Attorney General's Office of Florida, who were quite familiar with these SCAMS. The fact that these companies can claim they are following their own terms of use are ridiculous. TURN THEM IN TO THE FCC AND YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL. STOP THE SCAMMING.
