LAN PERU OVERCHARGED US ON A TRIP FROM SAO-PAULO/LIMA/BOGOTA BY US$8O.OO ON OUR LUGGAGE. WE HAVE SENT NUMEROUS E-MAILS REQUESTING REIMBURSEMENT WITHOUR ANY SUCCESS. THEY HAVE TOTALLY IGNORED OUR REQUESTS TO PROVIDE US WITH INFORMATION REGARDING THE OVER CHARGE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. FOR SOMEONE THAT IS A FREQUENT FLYER AND A RETIRED AIRLINE PERSON(30 YEARS WITH PAN AMERICAN AIRLINES) I'M TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THE LACK OF PROFESIONALISM OF LAN.
