Times Up!
I must say the customer service has been great, dealership and cooperate office, but enough is enough. My 2010 cali classic was just brought back to me after being at the dealership for 2 weeks. 3rd paid tow visit. It still does not start on the first try. Why is this?????? My scooter and I have experienced several issues, all being life threatening! ran out of gas on a major street during rush hour (gas floater disfunction) I had to push it to a gas station. vapor lock !(scooter shut down in the middle of the street in front of a city bus) a hole was drilled in cap( by dealership), and withn 1 week it happened again! Scooter would start up, have a rough idle then shut off at least three times and even during a ride. Now after several attempts to fix ALL the issues with my scooter, things are still not well. The scooter is 5 months old, 400 miles and will not start and stay started on the first attempt. It takes at least three attempts and 15 minutes to stay started.after turning and holding the throttle for an extended perod of time. This can not be normal. I have become quite discourged and I am very nervous about riding not knowing IF I will make it home without an issue. Riding my scooter should be a pleasurable experience, and it's turning into a nightmare. I just want my scooter fixed, a new one or my money refunded. I'm tired and need a remedy immediately !

There are no dealers to help
I have a Lance Milan scooter purchased from Lance Power Sports, but there are no dealers here to help...I have a bouncing from the back wheel and need someone to call me with recommendations fix this problem...can 12" wheel be balanced? Could this simply be a badly made tire? Any other possibility? Have had some bouncing effect since purchasing last year, but now it is VERY noticeable..I need someone knowledgeable to call me. Cannot get Lancepowersports website with my computer..if anyone knows name and phone of dealers in upper NY state, please advise.
