Wrong Billing
The Airtel has been overcharging me in my bills for the Landline phone 0731-4071140 for the last three months, namely April, May and June 2011. On lodging complaints for April, the customer care did not find anything wrong with the bills, but the Nodal officer arranged the refund of overcharged amount. Same for May also. For June, the customer care has not accepted the complaint unless I mention an Airtel Mobile Number in it, which I do not have, and the Nodal Officer has not even acknowledged the receipt of my complaint. Her phone 0755-4200460 appears to be perpetually set in waiting tune mode.
Please look into the case and arrange for correction of the bill No. 296256534 dt. 24-06-11 at the earliest and also ensure that the error is not repeated again.

outgoing calls barred

Complaint not resolved even after 1 month
we have taken connection on 22nd may, till the time two complaints have already lodged by us vide complaint no. 47618386 and 47150222 which is still unresolved. For this purpose we also called customer care ( Mr. Vikas and Mr. Arjun) and the sales executive Mr. Rajendra Pawar +919993812325.
Sorry to say but we are fade up complaining again and again and calling customer care executive. We are not able to utilize the call facility due to this. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve the same as soon as possible.

Holding us for Ransom and Goofing Up and
This is extremely egregious that the company of such a stature should get inshoddy business like this...
The representative makes a false promise of Providing you BroadBan + Modem Free and + Deposit refund after 3 months. He collectes the old Modem sell it for a sum and persude to switch over to Airtel.
Company send the bill. Guessing something wrong, lodge a complaint and you know it - it goes round and round. NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE. Disconnect the Landline and Broadband. HOLDING FOR RANSOM for the false promise made by company.
Is that what Bharti Airtel stand for?
I have all the details and documents signed by your Rep.,
The question here is only Rs 2000/ but why such agonizing experience...

Remedy Needed :
1. Activate Landline immediately, as causing trouble for children to reach us.
2. Broadband is lifeline at home - reconnect immidiately
3. HONOUR your commitments
Trust some one is listening. Before it goes further in next week.

Etisalat
I have complained about my landline not working on 9th May, till date nobody has called back from etisalat to rectify the same. Every single day I have been following up and i get the same answer that the complaint has been forwarded or escalated to the right person. I leave behind 3 small kids and my mom to come and work, and it is really painful not to be able to contact them to check if everything is ok. I can't believe the services of Etisalat can be so pathetic .
Do I need to bribe somebody there to get my problem resolved. ?Please advise
