	December 2, 2008 waranty work+refusal to release customer copy of actual work order charging customer for warranty work, charging customer for replacing parts that did not need to be replaced, charging by the hour for guess work! and most of all, refusing to release a copy of signed work order that they submitted to mercury marine for payment!!!
