I complained about their product, but more-so their service. They retaliated by posting my personal information, even my credit card number and expiration date online. Then they claim they did not do it. They had to provide very specific privileged information to someone if it was not them who posted it. They have therefor violated the Merchant Services guidelines in place with VISA.
