bolt left side of it came off 2 times

I had purchased a WINSTON HIGH LEG LEATHER RECLINER 63lv-30 ITEM#00078956 150 Qty 1 Style 2543 Kaufmanns dept store same location
This was purchased in 05 23 02 at $775.74 . a/c 1204 Type def reg ch403378
It is now macys /they are not able to give information on repairs for leather or about sending a repairman to install the second bolt that came off of it.

I would very much appreciate information on repairing this recliner chair and am willing to pay fr repairs Can you please help me?
