To whom it may concern before I state my complaint, here is a little history about me. I'm a 44 year old African American male with no criminal history, I also have two FBI background clearances. On 11/4/2010 at around 4:45 pm on Santa Monica blvd after asking officers Chavez and Borecu for directions to the 405, they immediately pulled behind me and turned on the lights. I politely asked officer Chavez why did he pull me over, he replied my registration was expired, inwhich it is not, it expires on 10/11 . Chavez replies are you argueing with me, I reply officer I don't have to argue with you the registration sticker on the windshield reads 10/11, October of 2011 to be exact. He replies license and insurance. I gave him what he asked for, he went to his car placed my licenses on the dash came back to my car and ordered me out of my car. Placed me in handcuffs and said I was being held until they do an investagation. I asked an investagation on what for what? He told me to shut up and put my hands on the car.My car was illegally searched in my truck was a locked safe box containing my registered unloaded 9mm hand gun. Dispite showing Officer Borecu my registration and telling him of my FBI clearance which has been and can be accessed 24/7 he chose not to access the file but take me to jail instead. I'm use to being racially profiled and pulled over, I'm from Texas and I've been stopped from Arkansas/Florida many time but my RIGHTS were NEVER violated so they could find something to arrest me for. I'm as clean as a BLACKMAN can be and he still arrested me. The D.A rejected the case but I spent 4 days in jail had to pay $418.00 to get my car out of the pound and I lost my job with SERV PRO inwhich I had started on 11-1-2010. Because I was put in jail by a RACIST COP NAMED BORECU who's mission is to LOCK UP EVERY BLACKMAN HE STOP, EVEN IF IT MEANS VIOLATING HIS RIGHTS, IN HIS EYE'S THE BLACKMAN MUST BE LOCKED UP. I'm clean no criminal record with FBI clearances and he arrested me SO WHAT HAPPENING TO THE OTHER BLACKMEN HE ENCOUNTER? All the arrest he has under his belt how many mens rights were violated to be arrested? SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE CAN I GET SOME HELP. RAFIQ
