We contact by email. She told me How the way for delivery the laptop to my door and how i pay to her. She gave me the website Royal Mail which will be the third party involved to us. http://onlinetransactions-rm.com/3rdparty.royalmail.com

In this website i went to step by step, and i paid to her full amount $300 usd to Royal Mail company with Royal Mail Agent name: Martin Scott .The Royal Mail's customer service by email which told me that bough money order to Royal mail Agent name: Martin Scott, Address: 12, Cranbrook Rd, City / State: London, Zip(City Code): SW19 4BB, Country: United Kingdom by Royal mail' s way. Royal Mail's customer service told me by email went to Western Union sent money to that Royal mail agent name Martin Scott and his address above. After i sent money, and i receive the receipt which said Royal mail received my money already and the laptop will go to my door only 2 day after that. But until now 28 days past already, i could not receive the laptop. And now i know they cheat cheat cheat me and took my money. Royal mail's customer serves by email sent me tracking number LN836016389GB and i keep tracking item but it is still pending in Royal Mail office.
And now i know they took my money and not sent the laptop to my door. And i know the third party is Royal Mail involved to us. I sent many emails to Royal Mail 's customer service but they stop sent mail back to me after they receive my money. I have receipt of Royal mail's customer service and these emails Which Royal mail's customer service sent to me before they receive my money. if you need it i will provide some information you need. Please help me, i am single mom with 1 2 years old boy and i am in school too. i save money to buy this laptop online in order to study.
