I finish paying my item in this company as a layaway. I started paying october 2009 and finiosh paying nov.2010. Its already January and still trying to reach them. I call up the Duvera Billing coz they are the one who took over my acct. and gave me the email address [email protected]. I send a couple of email already and never got a reply. anybodyplease help. Well first of all I bought an used laptop from this place because my girlfriends mother works there and i wanted to save money.
I bought the laptop for $450 gave them $400 when i took it home cause i was family, i was there when they were setting it up the computer was fast and they were putting a lot of programs on it for free.When they were done I gave them the $400 dollars didn't ask for a receipt because we were family. When i got home that night plugged it in and went to sleep. when i got up in the morning i turned it on and unplugged it the laptop turned off and wouldn't turn on. so i did the math and the laptop had to be plugged in order to work so i called them in the shop no answer so i called their house after my girl tells the the problem they hang up the phone. so i went to their shop and what a surprise they didn't open it that day. but i work in P.A and this is happening in N.Y. i called the a couple of times during the week and my girlfriends mom told me that i would have to speak to the owner Thomas. i told them i needed a laptop for work so i had to go out and buy another one from best buy( witch i should of done from the start) and that i just wanted my money back and they could sell it to someone else. When i finally got to talk to Thomas he told me that there is no refunds and there is nothing they could do...So i contacted the Better Business Bureau while filing my complaint they asked me for a receipt number then i though about how i forgot to get one from them. When I went to N.Y in the weekend i stopped by and asked them if i could have a receipt at first he didn't want to but i told him i gave you money i want a receipt, he gave in. on the receipt he wrote he told me that the laptop would need a battery and that i still owed him $50...so i didn't take it...i have the laptop laying around waiting to hear from BBB >>>I don't know if someone would look at this but dont do any type of business with the computer hospital

They have had my laptop in for repair for three months and it is still not fixed. It's a long story, but to get to the point there is no way I'd ever buy ANYTHING again from Best Buy. they are horrible and so is Geek Squad. Very rude and they have no interest in making the customer happy, you are lucky if the managers return your call.

They sold me a lemon computer, and are wasting my time endlessly without result. I won't buy a Gateway computer again either - they are an endless wave of frustration also, and the computer I bought had all kinds of problems. They even lost my power cord and were very rude when I demanded a replacement after hearing nothing from them about it.

My friend from UK sent me a parcel (laptop). When my parcel arrived Malaysia check point, they told me that my package has been hold by the authority for some reason.
Mr.Zuru Rankine asked me to pay for the charges (3500 Malaysia currency). After I made the payment, he asked me to pay insurances (6500 malaysia currency) and VAT ( 6000 malaysia currency) again. I just feel confuse about it. Is that necessary to pay such amount then only I can receive my parcel?
Please let me know as soon as possible. May I know where my parcel locate at this moment?
