I went for a free consultation for age spots removal on my face. I was told there was a "special deal". I could get six skin tightening treatment, six skin toning treatment and six abrasions all for $3000 with a payment plan of only $126 for 24 months. On my first treatment which was the day of the consultation, I had an abrasion. Ten days later I went for skin tightening and age spot removal. I was burnt badly on my chin as the lasar used was so hot and very painful. It looks like someone took a cigarette car lighter and put it on my face. There is also a very bad lump and swelling in the same area. I have called the manager at this center, Chantelle, but to date she has not returned my calls. What to do? I will not pay the balance nor will I ever go back to that center. If there is a class action suit against this company, please advise. Judy
