Unprofessional
I had the exact same experience as these people at the Irvine office. I have never looked into laser until now and had a lot of questions. I wanted to know what I was paying for, how long, and what kind of guarantee it had. Some guy in a suit came in calling himself the "assistant" and he was so unproffessional. I don't understand why a great doctor would hire this sleezy salesman to pitch his treatments. The guy's grammar was horrible! He did actually go get the doctor who talked down to me. They were talking so fast and rushing through everything. Dr. Rispler beat around the bush and didn't really say anything but we'll help you and then walked out without saying "nice to meet you" or anything. The suit guy comes back and gave me the same pitch 12, 000 but I'll give it to you for 8500 if you pay today but wouldn't answer any questions about what that's paying for. Then told me they only want to deal with people who are ready to start today and got really snippy. I'm not saying laser doesn't work, my girlfriend has had great success at a different place. I'm not naming them so that you don't think I work for them but I will defintely not be going to LDI. They gave me a back door to go out as well! I would never spend that much of my money without knowing what I'm paying for and without having my questions answered. These guys were so unprofessional and rude. I have no idea how they have had any success. I guess by giving free treatments to radio personlalities, which is funny because the public usually doesn't see them much! They didn't have anyone else on their site giving testimonials. I think you should take your business elsewhere to genuine people who treat others with respect and care about the person sitting in that chair and not only about money.
