ALC is a complete scam. I went to the better business bureau, the federal trade commission, and the general attorneys office, as well and speaking to local attorneys, and I filed a dispute with the company I used to finance the treatments. I did this after getting the run around on the phone with customer service for weeksI took about 8 months but in the end I got a 50% refund. I literally had to stalk them. I called everyday. If you communicate with them do it through email as much as possible because they will lie and give you misleading info verbally. You will need as much written proof as possible.

They told me they would only give an eighth of what I paid, then told my mediator that they would give me half, then later told me that they don't give out refunds ( I just deposited my refund check on tuesday). I also asked them to send my medical and financial records. I sent four requests ( email, fax, and twice on the phone) they never sent them to me. This is a violation of HIPPA and I filed a complaint with them too. ALC is shady. DO NOT GIVE UP AND FILE AS MANY COMPLAINTS AS POSSIBLE. It might take a long time, but don't take no for an answer.
