On the 27th december I ordered a Panasonic DMP-BD35EG-K and paid for prompt delivery. On the 30th Dec I was delivered a BD35EB-K in error and after numerous phone calls informed Laskeys who promised to uplift and replace at time of uplift. They then sent a collections noten for me to complete but it was to collect the wrong product(The one not delievered). Several phone calls later I again spoke to an individual who confirmed that the correct item would be delivered at time of uplift and that this would be confirmed by their Customer Service Dept. Despite a further number of calls informing that the promised Customer Service contact had not been made and despite three e-mails to them, on the 6th Jnauary a collection was made for the incorrectly delivered product BUT no replacement.
I was now fed up and telephoned Laskeys yet again this time requesting the name of their MD. The young lad who dealt with me refused several times to provide the information, refused to pass me onto a supervisor and indicated by inference Quote "Do you want me to deliver the correct one "? that he could be difficult. At this stage I really beacme annoyed and insisted he give me the name of the MD He stated the MD was a Mr Paul Gunn. Apart from the fact that this company are only too pleased to take your order but most unwilling to recognise and sort out a problem to a customers satissfaction, when it is Laskeys who make a istake, Not only is it nearly impossible to deal with a customer service centre who do not respond to e-mails. But they confuse matters even more by providing you with incorrect information and even incorrect telephone numbers to contact them. All in all I have wasted some £50.00 in time, inconvenience and quite frankly will never purchase form Laskeys or their group again.
I urge everyone who intends dealing with this company to think very carefully, their customers after sales support STINKS.
