Unauthorized debit
I applied for a loan from Last Chance Cash Advance but did not get the loan. However, wthin the next few days I found that $31.85 was debited from my checking account for ID theft protection, which I did not agree to, nor did I authoriize the deduction. I called and was informed that I was "automatically" enrolled in the theft protection when I applied. I cancelled it and filled out a refund request form online. I hope I get the refund, they told me it would be within 72 hours. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Was not aware that I was signing up for ID Theft protection while getting a needed payday loan. I want my money back in my account.

money taken from my bank account
An unauthorized $31.85 was taken from my checking account on September 3, 2008. I submitted a cancellation request and submitted for a refund to my account. I have seen no refund yet. The fraud division of my bank has begun an investigation on this.

inroled me in id theft program without my concent
company signed me up and took money out of my accout without my permissin or knowledge.It made my accout at the bank in over drafts and know my account is minus.

took out 31.85 out of my account for service i did not order
I checked into loans and ended up with this charge on my account and I did not order it. I contacted the phone number associated with the charge and was given a cancellation confirmation number and the website...www.idtheftrefund.com to request a refund. I am supposed to hear something within 72 hours, but I am very concerned because I have read reports of some not receiving a refund and some that have ongoing other charges as a result from this site.

Unauthorized charges
This is a rip off. I did not authorize the taking of $31.58 from my checking account. All complaints are the same as mine. You fill out application. You are denied. Your account is debited for ID Theft Protection without your authorization. These people need to be stopped. They represent everything that is going down hill in the USA. These people need to be stopped immediately. Why would someone who is looking to get a $200 payday advance sign up for $32 worth of "ID Protection?" While I was typing this the phone rang. It was a man named Tony whose cell # is listed as the company contact number under company contact information on the website. He is a victim like me. These people need to be stopped, NOW. Please. They are hurting good hard working people one after the other.

Unauthorized Charges
I too applied for a cash advance through last chance and was denied. However they proceeded to forward my information to other companies resulting in a $31.98 charge to my checking account. SCAM>>>>>>>>>>

applied for loan denied $31.98 taken out of my bank account without my authorization for IDtheft Protection.
I would like for my mone to be refunded back to my checking account, just like it was taken out.
