Plrcinc debited my account without my consent got angry cussed out customer service and eventually found this:
http://www.cancelidtheft.com/ go to this site and when they cancel you copy down the confirmation number (they say they will send it in your email but dont) When you are done go to http://www.idtheftrefund.com with your confirmation number to try to get your refund. I GOT MINE THE NEXT DAY!

Went in to check account for payment to something I did not subscribe to!
Was trying to get a loan through Last Chance Loans and was offered I D theft plan and I refused it. Now they have taken out 31.98 & 31.98 for their payment and have bounced by checking account for 70.00. I want a refund for all for these charges. I don't have the money to cover these. I was trying to get a loan because I was short on money. Do something and do it fast I don't want to loose my checking.

Unsolicited ID theft Program Enrollment
I did an on-line loan application and was turned down. I did not agree to be enrolled into the ID theft offer, therefore I am requesting my refund of $31.98.
