I never appplied for a last chance payday loan this was a third party from appling for a loan they stole my ID and took 19.93 out for web cupons boy did I get hot! Called them and got put on hold for ahour waiting to speak to a higher autority to get my money back, hung up all again and got throuh they agree to refund my money. Never give up!!! Bewareware of these crooks

I was inquiring about a payday loan with Last Chance - I did not take a loan out but when I got my banking statement there was a withdrawal of $33.98 out of my account by ITP. I did not authorize them to take this service out for me. I want this money back in my account withint 72 hours. The cancellation no. they gave me was 4250395 and ITP phone no. is 866/955-0870. I have put my information in the above information as it isn't clear if that's correct or not - I do not have this informtion for Last Chance or ITP.

I want my $33.98 you took out of my account without my permission. This company is fraud, I tried to talk to someone and they tell me that they don't give out refunds unless it was fraud. but in reality there company is the one who is conducting this fraud. They need to shut down this website. I never signed up for this service and they told me you don't have to its automated which should be against the law. I applied for a payday loan which I did not get but was charged $33.98 for ID Theft which was done in error I called and cancelled immediately on 6/9/09, was given a cancellation # and told I would be refunded the monies. Took it automatically from loan info which caused my checking account to overdraft and told by the company there would be no refund. On line confirmation, cannot get a straight answer from customer reps. So basically I have given $33.98 to a company which has cancelled my so called subscription, for nothing Beware of this company LAST CHANCE PAYDAY LOANS. Virginia

I went on line to search for possible loan agencys. Not knowing that my information would be sent out to so many loan companys. last chance payday loan was one that recieved my information i filled out the application but did not accept because the loan amount was not what i was looking for. I later sometime had to check my banking account just to see that a withdrawl had been taking out for ID Theft which i didnt not apply for. Come to find out that just filling out the app for a loan though this agency signs you up for something you would want and on top of that i cancelled the protection and was told that i could not get my money refunded which i dont think is right. I should state that if you apply, get approved and then recieve any money from this loan agency that then and only then that you would bee charged for this service. N ow i'am out of my money and very up set will not use this company for any future business.
