Theft of money
I was stupid and didnt see the teny tiny print that took the info from me to help me to find a payday loan and signed me up for 2 things I didnt need or want and then when I tried to get out they took my money anyway and will not return it. Im not a rich person that can over look the money and I cant over look the overdraft fees they caused. I hope enough people complain and they get shut down!

fill out a application for a loan and they instantly signed me up for the ID theft protection without asking me if I wanted it or not
I did not authorize them to take $31.85 out of my account for this protection and I am requesting a refund of 31.85 put back into my bank account as soon as possible if you would please.

unauthorized debit withdraw
I applied for a payday loan and they told me that I had signed up for the Id
Protection services and they withdrew $31.00 from my checking account
I never signed anything with them and they withdrew from my checking
account. I want my money back in my account within 72 hours and here
is my confirmation number that they gave me it is 3018736 and here is
their phone number. 1-866-955-0870 or I will report them to the BBB if
my money it not put back in my account.

id theft
I did not authorize 31.99 to be taken out of my acount and I want it back in there. Some people live payday to payday and can't afford money like that to be taken out of their account. Please cancel 269.3006 and return my money.

Charged fee for ID theft Ins.
I applied for a payday advance loan through Last Chance and was charged a fee of $31.98. When the charge appeared on my account all it said was that it was an automatic debit with no other information. I then had to go to my bank to research the transaction and got the phone number to call. The operator informed me that the charge is an automatic fee when you apply for a loan, no matter weather you actually take the loan or not. The fee is for "ID theft protection". I was told to visit this site and was given a cancellation number to input and then told that I had to call back 24hrs. after I put in the cancellation number to request the refund again.
If I did not follow all of these instructions, I would continue to be billed on a monthly basis for a service I NEVER authorized!!!

Took $31.98 from bank account!
I applied for a Loan from Last Chance Payday Loans, with no success and got my bank account charged for $31.98 from this Co. I want my money refunded since I never signed up for this rippoff service. Their customer service no# 866-886-1277 gave me a cancellation # of 2439332 to request a refund but no access to their website? How do I get my money BACK??? Plz advise smb!
