I purchased 10 DVD's on 2nd May '09. I firstly didn't receive the films for 2 and a half weeks despite being told they were shipped the day after payment. I decided to test the film quality. 6 of the 10 were not in english, 1 had no audio at all and all were of a very poor visual quality (not even watchable - the picture kept freezing or was blurred to the point you could not recognise anything). I e-mailed LatestDVD9.com's customer services explaining the problem and asking for a full refund and that I would send back the films. They replied explaining they do not issue refunds and if I wanted a better quality I should have purchased the 4.99 films (despite the 3.99 and 4.99 films still having the 3 out of 5 star rating!). I responded explaining 3/5 stars does not accurately rate the quality of the films and nowhere does it state the movies are not in english, the response was a 'no, sorry we don't issue refunds, have a nice day!'.
I am down nearly £60, they shouldn't be able to get away with this!
