I read the articles complained by our fellow Singaporeans and I am dismayed and saddened by such service. Our Minister Mentor had recently shared how tough it has been to grow our Nation and the more we should love one another and live in truth towards one another. Running a business like Laundry Unlimited, cheating on their customers with dishonest practice is simply not acceptablem more so innocent folks who cannot speak up for themselves. In time to come, more customers would stand up to protest and disregard their business for sure. What goes around comes around, their cheating business will be exposed.

This shop has done laundry services without acting on the customer's instruction. There have been several occasions where the clothing were dry cleaned without informing us when I have asked for laundry or washing services, stated clearly on the quote invoices. Then, when the items were delivered, they demanded payment based on dry cleaning charges which of course is much higher. On the last incident, they threatened to keep all the clothing if I do not pay up. So, my family and I drove to their shop in 480 Changi Road Singapore 419894 Tel: (65) 6442 7576 Fax: (65) 6442 1187 and confronted the owner on a proper explanation, Linda, @ 96814043. She refused to give any explanation and told us to leave her shop. We contacted the police immediately and she and her husband were told by the police to settle what the customer, myself has asked for because in the first place, they failed to carry out their service honestly. Do not go to this shop. They cheat, they speak nasty words against their customers and they gang up as a family and tell customers off. I heard from many others that their service sucks!
