With reference to your concern, we have received the detail report for your vehicle from our dealership. Kindly be informed that the said vehicle was reported to our dealership for first time for a/c not working. On inspection it was found that a/c condenser was damaged & the AC gas was leaked out. Hence the condenser was replaced after taking prior approval by your good selves. The vehicle was tested and all the parameters concerned with functioning of Ac were perfectly in order, hence the cooling in the vehicle was checked and later the vehicle was delivered. With respect to repeat concern form AC not working our dealership had carried out inspection of the complete system and it was found that the AC compressor has developed fault and the same was replaced after taking approval form your good selves. Please understand that the vehicle job work was carried out as per Skoda standards and its purely a coincidence that the components failed at different stages. Please understand that the failure of Ac at different stages was due to component failure and not due to poor diagnosis or workmanship. We once again regret for the inconvenience caused to your good self and apologize for the delay in concluding the matter. request your understanding on the same and assuring our best services at all times. dear thakkre madam, let me know you some facts and some loops in your reply to me, 1 there was only problem in cooling so i dont no where did gas go & why condenser has problem? 2 they just handed over car to me so no question of checking arise, and belive just next day as no cooling was there i complained and send car to work shop 3 i never gave approval for replacement of compressor, and they never replaced my compressor, i think that u are given wrong information. 4 i completely deny this statement that its purely a coincidence that failure were sequenceal. do belive its just problem in diagnosing and people like us are trimed. 5 what we get being skoda lawyer. i have 1 octivia, 1Laura. 6 if you want i can send all xerox copies of reports to you. my final request kindly change my compressor and claim only difference to me. regards Sachin Lodha
