NO REFUND

I've tried to do a loan modification through Legal Loan Bailout last year and was promised a loan. They soon changed their name to another company.I knew then I was getting screwed... I have been calling and sending emails to Laverty Law Firm on a monthly basis and no responds. I received one email after I told her that I was going to contact the BBB. I have been talking with Lauren Bolton in accounting, very nice person. I have left several message for Craig M.Laverty and never received a phone call or email in return. It has been several months for The Laverty Law firm to refund my money and nothing yet.It shouldn't take a company several months to refund a check! If their is anyone that can help, let me know.

Never received assistance

Began paying this firm $1000.00 in June 2009, through September 2009: I paid them a total of $4000.00. I received no help whatsoever from this firm. They turned me over to another entity. I have been trying to get my $4000.00 back since January 2010. All of my calls and emails have been left unanswered. They have not offered me anything that was any service that was acceptable to me. I want my money back because no service was provided for me that they had said that they would do.
