I applied for a loan modification from this company, they took 5600.00 from me to do the loan mod. I am now in forclosure due to there negligents. They never did the modification, and they have not re-imburced my money of 5600. I have also notified the attoney generals office in CA and MA. I would like to get my refund of 5600. they promised 100% refund if they could not get a mod done for me. This started 3/2009
