not giving my case the attention it deserves, rude people
My daughter (7 yrs old) was hit by a car in 2010 (she was a pedestrian walking to the park with her grandma) the guy wasnt paying attention ran off the road and hit my baby. she was unconcious & life flighted to childrens hospital in Atlanta where she & I spent 3 weeks. shes suffered major traumatic brain injuries (3) and a severely broken tibia. she was in a cast for 12 weeks from her toes to her hip. 7 months later were still undergoing physical, occupational, and speech therapies. I hired ken nugents office to see about her case. worst decision I could have ever made. because the guy had little insurance were not getting compensation for near what we should. no pain no suffering and no time lost off of work (about 8000 lost wages) and were still waiting to settle. were suffering bad and its like his firm just dont care. I get an oh, well attitude. they are rude when I call. no compassion at all. im a single mother fighting just to make ends meat. the thousand trips to atlanta from newnan for neurology trying to fix her brain has blew my car up. u would think I would get compensation for it right? NOT with this firm. im just out of luck. they have now denied her ss benefits any longer and shes not eligible for medicaid anymore. like we asked for this to happen. we still have 4 months of therapy and no medical insurance. I have so many appts that I work 50 hours every 2 weeks. I cant pay out of pocket. think they care? No! they wont even let me talk to nugent! ive tried. please if your time matters do not pick this office. they dont fight for you nor are they compassionant. two thumbs down. STAY AWAY from this firm!!!
