This lawyer ripped me off. They took advantage of my desperate situation.I was in an unfortunate and dire situation so they said they can help. After I paid them $3950.00 to do my loan modification they never really did anything. THe next thing I knew the bank scheduled a trustee sale and when i called them they said they didnt know and we had a three way w/ the bank and apparently the bank denied the loan modification and this loan office had no clue because they were never followingit up after taking my money so now i am in contact w/ the CA. Bar association to disbar and take his license because its a shame that this people are allowed to practice. They are criminals.SO IF YOU ARE ONE OF THEIR VICTIMS PLEASE I ENCOURAGE YOU TO FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE CA. BAR ASSOCIATION ABOUT THIS LAWYER SO YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGES THEY HAVE DONE. WHAT I AM REALLY AFTER IS TO STOP THEM FROM PRACTICING SO CANNOT CONTINUE TO VICTIMIZE PEOPLE AGAIN WHO TRUSTED AND PAID THEM MONEY.
