They have been paid the full amount and I have no problem with that, my problem began when I pulled my own background check and found that Higsbee&Associates did not deliver what they have promissed, my name was and is still showing on ALL private data base. Yes the motion was granted
by the court. I could have done this on my own and would have received the same results without spending the money. I called
my "case manager" I was told that they will need to charge me
additional fee they will contact the private companies and
to remove my name from their data base, I don't understand
why this was never offered before, I paid the additional fee trusting that they will do what they said they will do. few months later, I received a cover letter in the mail saying that
the job has been done, ok great I can start looking for work then,
again, I pulled my record thinking I just want to make sure that
all is gone, well to my surprise, ALL is still where is was before
nothing was removed, I began calling and crying for help, when I finally reached someone I was told that my case manager "Ms. Flores" will call in after the weekend, I trusted
that I will hear from her, 3 weeks later I still have not heard from her or anyone else. I sent at least three telephone messages and two e-mails, one discribing what I found and the 2nd asking her again to please call me to direct me to the next step.
To date, I have not heard from her. it has been exactly a year
this month since they started the work. I understand, they got paid and I am only another sucker!

ron flate promess me that he had 20 years experiance in working with country wide home loans in modifications department. we talk over the phone for 30-40 minutes in the end of conversation he told me ( I`m going to send you the forms to fill out. but I need a bank card number just to ashured the service).
$2, 500.00 was wihtdrawal out from my account within 10 minutes after. with out my approval.
