I have sought legal advise from this orgaisation on 13th July 2010 and were charged AUD $49.00 which was acceptable. However I have also been charged AUD$49.00 on each of the following dates 13th August, 14th September and 14th October is there some way that I can obtain a refund without incurring any costs as I have been unable to contact the organisation.
