My experience with bad service started about a year ago, the first time i bought a Mazda2 I went to Mazda Lazarus, completed a application for for finance. After about a week with no response form them I went to Allen Josh Auto. Where I discovered that i actually got the finance for a Mazda2, Lazarus just never to bothered to phone to let me know. Well that Mazda 2 was written off early this year, i then went back to Lazarus to get a new one due to the fact that the sales lady that helped at Allen Josh moved to Lazarus and she gave me excellent service. It is no about 4 months down the line from buying a mazda at Lazarus, and my brakes failed.
When I took it in the same day that it failed, they told me that they can't help because I dont have an appointment. This is my brakes i could put myself and other people's life in danger. After about an hour and a huge argument they finally look at the car. Only to discover that I need new shocks, this after 8000km. I made an appointment for the following week saturday. I dropped off my car the saturday only to go back after 4hours to find out that they were out of stock at thus couldn't replace my shocks.
