Bought R.V. from lazy days and had a warranty confirmation and date and time set up to get repair services. Appointment time 10 a.m. unit got in work bay at 3 p.m. Than everything that was to be done was suddenly not under warranty and the things they said they did, was not done, as my husband set traps and not one thing was moved in the area of work to be done. All we did was ge the run-around and they lied about the things they did, as they did not do them. They had our unit for 2 full days, and the work sheet they wrote up had total work hours listed add 1 hour and 10 miinutes. Met MANY unhappy people there with their service. People sleeping all over service pavillion on couches and chairs waiting for their repairs. Lazy Days service sucks, and they lie!!! Our unit is a 5th wheel, 2007 Holiday Rambler Savoy made by the Monaco Company.
