I bought this from a distributor of this company. I was under the impression from the description of the software that this would find all of my PDF photos on my computer (lost, damaged, deleted). After I downloaded this program, it did absolutely nothing. It cost me $40.

I emailed the LC technology which showed up on my credit card to see if they could help. After several emails it was told that this program will not work with my hard drive files (which is what was needed). I asked them to refund my money since the program is useless to me. Not to mention it did not find one picture, or file.
I was told that I needed to upgrade to another one of their programs. They said that if I buy this $99 program that they would consider to allow the distributor give me my money back. I then asked to speak to a manager. When she wrote me, she offered to take $40 off the $99 program if I were to buy an upgrade, but will not give me refund.
I asked this "manager" if $40 was worth a negative complaint letting the public know how they handle consumers and got no response.
I advise for consumers when purchasing software downloads to be cautious of the actual company and that you are not dealing with and not a third party distributor.
In my opinion I would stay away from doing business with this company, as they have not been in business very long and already have two unsatisfied customers. They are not registered with the BBB for a reason.
