OUT OF ORDER
SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED 19"LCD AT JAIPUR IN THE MONTH OF JAN.2008 FOR RS 19000/-. ABOUT TWO MONTHS BACK THE SAME WENT TO OUT OF ORDER AND ACCORDINGLY I HAVE MAKE COMPLAINTS AT CO TOLL FREE NO.ONE ENGINEER CAME TO CHECK THE SAME AND INFORMED THAT TUNER CARD IS DEFECTIVE AND TOLD THAT AROUND 7000/- WILL BE THE ESTIMATE. I TOLD HIM THAT AMOUNT DEMANDED IS ON VERY HIGHER SIDE.HE TOLD ME THAT I WILL TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH MY SENIORS AND HE AGAIN INFORMED AFTER TWO DAYS THAT NOW CO. WILL CHARGE 3200/- FOR CHANGE OF CARD.I AGREED AND NEXT DAY HE CAME WITH ANOTHER TUNER CARD AND CHANGED BUT LCD DID NOT START FUNCTIONING. HE NOW TOLD THAT YOUR PICTURE SCREEN IS OUT OF ORDER. I ASKED HIM THE ESTIMATE FOR SCREEN .HE TOLD THAT I WILL LET U KNOW TOM. BUT MY UTTER SURPRISE NO MESSAGE CAME AND AFTER 6-7 DAYS I CONTACTED HERE AND THERE BUT NO SATISFACTORY REPLY WAS GIVEN TO ME. I MANAGED TO GET THE NO. OF BRANCH MANAGER GHAZIABAD MR GUPTAAND TOLD THE STORY. HE ASSURED ME THAT YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED WITHIN 2 DAYS. AGAIN I DID NOT GET ANY REPLY FROM HIM AND I AGAIN CONTACTED HIM BEFORE 15 DAYS BACK. HE INFORMED ME THAT YOUR SCREEN HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND HE ALSO INFORMED THAT TOTAL EXPENSES WILL BE 12100/-FOR CHANGE THE SCREEN. I REQUESTED HIM TO SENT BACK MY LCD AS I AM UNABLE TO MAKE THIS EXPENSESWHICH ARE ON VERY HIGHER SIDE. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT GOT BACK MY LCD AND NO ONE IS CALLING.MY QUESTIONS ARE AS UNDER.
1. WHETHER A REPUTED CO IS NOT IN A POSITION TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM EVEN 3 MONTHS.
2.WHAT IS THE USE TO PURCHAGE A PRODUCT WHICH WILL BE DEFECTIVE IN 2 YEARS.
3. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH LAPES'

Wrong part shipped
I ordered an LCD from Laptopz.com. Received a shipment in a few days, but it was not the LCD I ordered. When I notified Laptopz.com of the problem, they told me I ordered the wrong part. How could they know that if they didn't send me what I ordered in the first place? Four emails later and I'm still without the part I ordered. Laptopz.com is still telling me I ordered the wrong part, but they have generously (add sarcasm here) offered me an 80% refund of the LCD upon its return.
