I Purchased a car from them
Well YES! I agree with everyone else that has complaint this dealership they really should get SUE!!! LOL!! I purchased a car 2 years ago and yes it was a big scam as well.. The reason why i initially came to the dealership was to purchase a 2007 Camry that was advertise online. I before going in there call the dealership to verify it was there. When i arrive supposedly they had already sold it and throughout the time they kept changing the time frame when it had been sold he camry. They are very inconsistent with information.. They will get u all excited about purchasing cars the real truth of there personalities comes out when you are signing the paper work. They will act like jerks and try to make you feel bad. I did purchase a car 2006 honda eventually and ofcourse like everybody else the ticketed price was at $14, 599 but with all the add ons it turn out 18, 699. INCREDIBLE right?? well yes they always say the same crap about tints and all that.. well they should just advertise they are selling it for $18, 699 and not for 14, 599 it is like FISH & BAIT... They are violating laws as a business because they are not exactly selling the vehicles for what they advertise. It is a waste a time from a everybody.. Yes I made my mistake because i was in a hurry of having a car. Ofcourse everything went through i still have the car but the CONTRACT was a total scam! SERIOUSLY LOOK ELSE WHERE because before YOU KNOW it if you do try to go to there dealership they will waste your time and the price u initially liked will jump $5, 000. They take advantage of people in there by forcing them to purchase vehicles at there desired priced. I'm really disappointed that they have continued there business like this. Im studying law and i will truly remember this business in my list. I will come back ... I think if anybody were to be looking to sue this company it would be easy because there is just too many complaints in different websites.. I LEARNED my lesson and next time i will make a better purchase at a good dealership..

dishonest car dealer
IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE, DON'T SHOP AT LD AUTOMOTIVE OR EQUITY AUTOMOTIVE! They are one dealership at two locations, and their "defraud the customer" motto applies at both addresses. I told them that I didn't want to play the game, but it took them five hours to finish the paperwork- including repeated trips by the salesman to see the manager behind the closed doors. The sales manager initially told me the price on the Durango I was looking at was two thousand more than the price I had seen on a sale tag in the vehicle the day before (the same price listed on the internet). The salesman apologized for the "misunderstanding" when I walked over to the vehicle and pulled out the sale tag. LD Automotive told me initially that I had to buy the $700.00 tint warranty, the $500.00 window etching (anti-theft) warranty, and the $400.00 "desert paint protection" warranty, that it was automatically added to the contract. They brought paperwork for me to sign at midnight at my work saying that I accepted the warranties I mentioned above- and the credit manager who brought it was not happy when I read it and discovered that I could refuse them, and then did. Those warranties were not only a scam on me, but all that money only bought a three year term! It gets better! The finance manager called me the next day and told me that they would not finance me because I was refusing the warranties- that I was changing the contract. He told me I had twenty-four hours to come in with the cash. I took the Durango back. What a scam! Snakes in the grass, those guys. Give me a price and be honest. Their dishonesty was in everything. They had me finance $20 in gas, and then gave me the vehicle with an eighth of a tank. I called the salesman on it as I drove him to get my trade in and he apologized for the "misunderstanding", and said that he would check to see if the manager was in a good mood and would spring for some more gas. Need I say more? To my deceptive and shady friends at LD/Equity Automotive: I tell everyone I meet about my experience, just as I told you I would if you didn't deal honestly with me. It didn't have to be like this. You should have advertised the vehicle for two thousand more to make your money- you still would have been the lowest around, and I probably would still have it in my driveway. Other dealerships have heard of the games you play. I started to tell this story to a car salesman today, and before I got to the part about who it was that I had been dealing with, he asked me if it was LD Automotive. I'm still looking for a vehicle- I think I have found one, and the only thing different between it and the one I tried to buy from you is that it isn't coming from your lot. You had been my initial first choice.
