You can not avoid sliding forward and to the middle of the sofa (pic). I specificaly asked the salesman if these cusions would sink in before sale and the salesman assured me that they are made with high quality material and they will not sink in. Chateau Beauvais sofa cushions have sunk in only 2 months after purchase. Le Pere du Meuble customer service called and repeatedly pointed out that I must fluff the cusions, wich I already do on a weekly basis. In addition to maintenance advise the lady added that these high quality products were not for me. Le Pere du Meuble is not for me nor is Chateau Beauvais after sale care.
